Article Abstract:
The question of whether the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) or the US as a global power should deal with North Korea's alleged development of a nuclear bomb is explored. While some believe the IAEA has the power to eliminate North Korea's nuclear capability, others point out that US actions prevented what could have been a serious military conflict.

The new faces of terrorism
Article Abstract:
Effective counterterrorism, a campaign against state-sponsored terrorism and increased international cooperation are needed to counter the fresh surge of terrorism which has invaded the West in recent years. As the remaining global leader, America needs to summon the international community in fighting terrorism.
