Article Abstract:
The future of the Asia-Pacific region was couched into two contending visions. While one vision proposes that diversity in the West and the other nations will be a source of conflict, the other states that cooperation shall win over conflict and diversity shall result in energy and dynamism.

Japan's nuclear role
Article Abstract:
Japan plays a major role in the nuclear non-proliferation of the present world order. Japan should assist in the management of nuclear arms of the newly independent Soviet republics and discourage North Korea from developing nuclear weapons.
