Serial murderers possibly share some common background experiences and personality traits. Childhood and adulthood dysfunctional indicators shared by these men include high incidences of continuing isolation, bed-wetting, juvenile arrests, low self-esteem, powerlessness, excessive anger and compulsiveness. Common environmental factors include alcoholic or inconsistent parents, and observations of family sexual or physical abuse. Serial killers are usually alcohol or drug abusers and addicted to pornography.

Article Abstract:
Minimal participation in salary-reduction saving plans especially among lower-income workers can be detrimental to the whole company. Thus, employers need to convince all personnel that active participation in the saving plans is fundamental to the entire organization. According to the New York-based National Institute of Business Management, companies can promote wide participation by not delaying vesting, granting deferred compensation and bonuses, modifying loan provisions and providing incentives.
