A survey on total quality management practices of American health care organizations showed that the health sector will increasingly use quality measurement programs to evaluate management effectiveness. The industry will also start to include customer satisfaction in their planning process. Simplification of the management process and inclusion of employees in quality-management groups will also benefit US health providers

Structure and function in the CNS
Article Abstract:
Studies on the organization and function of the central nervous system were based on the principle of homology. Schools of thought have argued on the fact that behavior patterns can be hereditary and species-specific to the point of being homologizable. The work of Ilan Golani involving animal behavior provides a language wherein issues on the mechanisms of behavior and relations between structure and function are resolved.
