Brainstorming and task performance in groups constrained by evidence
Article Abstract:
Brainstorming is a task involving thinking divergently. In an research study on induction task involving brainstorming, it was observed that though the brainstorming effect reduced when introduced lately in performing a task, it did not influence the performance itself. Also, group brainstorming was found to be more beneficial than individual brainstorming.
