Demographic parameters and events in wild mustached tamarins (Saguinus mystax)
Article Abstract:
Demographic events in the context of population structure and genetic relationships are investigated in groups of wild mustached tamarins (Saguinus mystax). Results indicate that tamarin groups are stable and can consist of predominantly related individuals, and that a single demographic event can produce a chain of subsequent complex demographic changes.
