Dining with the devil: a response to Normand, Bucklin and Austin
Article Abstract:
A critique is presented on contemporary models of organizational behavior management. It is argued that the field does not qualify as a science, with subjects and goals being too changeable, and therefore its analytical processes are inadequate, as they follow the scientific method.

An argument is presented for greater flexibility in organizational behavior management research, allowing for speculation as well as quantifiable data arrived at by analytical models. Expansion of behavioral principles is also supported.
