Effect sizes in the treatment of sexual offenders
Article Abstract:
The benefits of sexual offender treatment in terms of the magnitude of the effect size produced by interventions is considered. More meaningful results would be produced using a harm reduction index to estimate effect sizes for treatment with sexual offenders.

Differential pharmacological treatment of paraphilias and sex offenders
Article Abstract:
An overview of current pharmacological treatment of paraphilias and sex offenders focusing on the situation in Germany is presented. For the treatment, a thorough psychiatric, somatic and criminological diagnostic assessment is recommended.

Criminal recidivism in sexual homicide perpetrators
Article Abstract:
The perpetrators of sexual homicide for possible personality disorders are investigated. Results showed that recidivism or repetitive behavior among sexual offenders was age related and possible rehabilitation options are presented.
