Exchange fairness and employee performance: an examination of the relationship between organizational politics and procedural justice
Article Abstract:
The relationship between organizational politics and procedural justice was investigated in three different studies, using data received from a manufacturing firm and a newspaper firm in India. Results were defined in terms of task performance and the contextual performance facets of interpersonal facilitation and job dedication.
