Phonological ambiguity and context sensitivity: on sublexical clustering in visual word recognition
Article Abstract:
Naming and lexical decision experiments were performed to examine the ways in which Dutch readers clustered letters involving various types of phonological ambiguity. A study of the effects of segmentation suggested that both sensitivity and lack of it to visual presentation is involved in the resolution of local phonological ambiguity.

The preparation of syllables in speech production
Article Abstract:
The assumption that syllables play an important role in the process of word-form encoding, in speech production is investigated. The emergence of syllabic structure during spoken word generation can be traced.
