Relationships between features associated with vomiting in purging-type eating disorders
Article Abstract:
The relation between vomiting, which is a symptom of eating disorders, and features of eating disorder course related to severity, personality traits, and Axis I and II comorbidity in individuals with purging-type eating disorders is explored. Research suggests that certain clinical and personality variables are responsible in people with purging-type eating disorders with no marked differences found in Axis I and II comorbidity.
