Results of the healthy body healthy spirit trial
Article Abstract:
Healthy Body Healthy Spirit a multi component intervention to increase fruit and vegetables (F&V) consumption and physical activity (PA) delivered through African-American churches is discussed. It is found that churches are excellent to implement and evaluate health promotion programs for the African American community.
