Specificity of self-concept disturbances in eating disorders
Article Abstract:
An examination of the evaluation of relationship between self-concept deficits and depression in eating disordered patients is made and also addresses the specificity of self-concept deficits. The results showed that the self-concept deficits were not highly specific but was more pronounced in eating-disordered patients.

Screening for eating disorders and high-risk behavior: Caution
Article Abstract:
The scientific database for screening instruments in the field of eating disorders is examined. Only two screens, which fulfilled the criteria of prognostic tests on patients at-risk of eating disorders, are described in detail.

Maintenance of internet-based prevention: A randomized controlled trial
Article Abstract:
An Internet based prevention program for eating disorders is assessed for its short term as well as maintenance efficacy. The program that was adapted for a German population was observed to be effective on high-risk women.
