The effects of misleading and inconsistent postevent information on children's recollections of criterion-learned information
Article Abstract:
Studies have considered the extent to which children's recollections are vulnerable to suggestive information, and it is suggested that misleading postevent information may have different effects on children's recollections. This was examined using a target game, and it was found that criterion-learned information can be vulnerable to the effect of postevent information.
