Extracting team mental models through textual analysis
Article Abstract:
A textual analysis approach of extracting, analyzing and combining representations of an individual's mental models has been found to be effective in determining individual mental processes and how it fits in the larger context of teamwork. The map analysis approach, as the process is called, may be used by researchers to determine the amount of teamwork necessary to make team efforts productive.

Attentional homogeneity in industries: the effect of discretion
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the effects of discretion on attentional homogeneity reveals that the greater the discretion in an industry, the less the attentional homogeneity. The study used Computer Assisted Text Analysis to study shareholder letters at corporate annual reports and the results support the concept that the more latitude managers a company has, the more varied the attention patterns are.
