Following Freedom: Iraq still faces many obstacles on its road to democracy
Article Abstract:
The transition from dictatorship to democracy in Iraq is far from seamless. The inevitable bounds on freedom of expression in Iraq is discussed while it is also believed that the banning and barring of access would indicate that freedom has many, rather random, limits and that debate can only take place when it operates benignly within these limits, that there is no public right to know.
