Miho: design odyssey
Article Abstract:
Legendary Japanese-American designer James N. Miho now, for the most part, lives in Seoul, Korea, and heads multimedia design at Samsung's Innovative Design Labs. Miho is currently reponsible for training Samsung designers in the history and global scale of design. He is described as being open minded as well as having a deeply held curiousity concerning human experience.

Gaetano Pesce: no patience for the past
Article Abstract:
Design artist Gaetano Pesce does not look to the past for inspiration. He currently teaches young designers in his New York studio and directs assignments in Japan, Brazil, and throughout Europe. Pesce works in plastics, and many of his creations are part of the permanent collections major museums. He also runs Fish Design, a company which manufactures household objects.

Les Ateliers du Nord: Jeker and Company

Graphic artist Werner Jeker has won recognition and awards for his posters at international competitions in Europe, Japan, and the United States. Jeker and his two partners Claude Frossard and Antoine Cahen comprise Les Ateliers du Nord. The firm's unassuming office is in Lausanne, Switzerland.
