Time of the essence
Article Abstract:
Fernando Medina left the graphic design world feeling that bureaucracy, technology and impersonality were taking over. He then began designing sculptural quality clocks that were sold at New York's Museum of Modern Art and designed the immensely popular 'The MoMA Clock Kit.' His current clock designs use paper and an array of other everyday objects to transform simple elements into geometric shapes and ornamental statements.
