When the product is Paramount: Paramount Pictures
Article Abstract:
Newly designed proto-type products, by Charles S. Anderson Design Co, Minneapolis, MN, for Paramount Pictures are reminiscent of the film company's history. In an effort to capture the feeling of Hollywood in its prime, members of the design firm immersed themselves in Paramount's 60-acre complex of studios, sets, stages, prop shop and storage facilities. Out of that experience, and cruising antiquarian and specialty bookshops, and talking with collectors, the design firm was able to develop a product line representative of Paramount.
