A potential investment strategy for today's increasingly risky market is presented and the basic characteristics of the warehouse subtype are examined. With the decline of the manufacturing activity in the U.S. and the gradual trend to move towards lower cost global locations by U.S. manufacturers, the future of demand growth for warehouse space is uncertain.
