A new employee training technique known as coach-mentoring has been shown to more effective than conventional approaches. It involves employees in being encouraged to develop self-managed, integrated learning. Client companies generally enrol groups of five employees, with each employee receiving a personal coaching and mentoring session each month.

Clamp down on parking

Landlords can clamp vehicles so long as there is a notice warning drivers about clamping. It does not matter if the driver has not read the sign. Landlords cannot make clamping a financial operation.
