Dusted down and ready for action
Article Abstract:
There is now renewed optimism in the property sector in London's Docklands area, with Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Morgan Stanley both having agreed to take space there recently. However, there is still more than 18 million sq ft of office space planned, and some observers believe that no further office development should take place. In the boroughs of Newham and Tower Hamlets, the property industry is expected to benefit from regeneration initiatives.
