A tale of one cycle
Article Abstract:
There are still few reliable figures available about the commercial property market in the UK. However, it is clear that the market is extremely volatile, swinging between rapid expansion and deep recession. This makes it very hard for local planning authorities to deal with their development responsibilities, as they have no way of assessing the changes in the property markets in their area. It is now vital that efforts are made to obtain reliable district-level data.
