A tax bill worth supporting must include real estate

The National Assn of Realtors (NAR) supports tax bills that provide tax relief for landlords who make improvements for their tenants. The NAR also wants tax bills that make capital gains fair for real estate investors by changing the depreciation recapture provisions for some tax laws.

Funding homeowners' growing demands: when are user and impact fees the answer?
