The efforts being made by the industrial community in Corpus Christi, a city on shores of Gulf of Mexico, Texas, to overcome the energy crisis, without waiting for President Bush to offer a solution through energy bill, are described. The industries in the region are constructing super-sized natural gas pipeline and liquefied natural gas terminals.
