Avoiding conflicts in build-to-suit leases can best be avoided by contracting the services of a real estate consultant which can bridge the expectations of the tenants and the developer. The lessee should also consider an involment in the building's construction phase to address corporate requirements for facilities and amenities. But a good bridging services consultant can just as easily help avoid such complications.
