Boom or bust?
Article Abstract:
Office accommodation in Watford, England, still has low rents following the economic recession of the late 1980's even though there is a rapidly increasing demand for quality space. It is necessary for the rents to be raised by approximately 50% before the building companies will build more quality accommodation in Watford, and this is crucial if town is to grow its business as is hoped. Used office accommodation is available in copious quantities and it is expected that some businesses will arrange to utilise this on a temporary basis.
