Metropolitan centers that successfully upgrade their infrastructure and facilities will achieve Super City status and reap the economic benefits of being among the winners. A Super City is characterized by a multicultural and sophisticated population, advanced infrastructure, easy access to communication and transportation, prestigious educational institutions and a high standard of living that attracts and retain employees. In major cities around the world, billion-dollar investments are poured into projects such as expanded airports and high-speed rail systems to attract big businesses.

Richmond Hill in Ontario, Canada is a most ideal business site in the area, located as it is at the center of the Greater Toronto Area and dubbed as Canada's largest center of commerce. The town thrives with modern industries, corporate head offices, warehousing, distribution facilities and a steadily-growing service sector. Richmond Hill is strategically-located with its efficient road systems, easy access to major airports and local and regional transit.
