Rising sun in the east
Article Abstract:
The long-term outlook for the property sector in south-east Essex, UK, looks bright, thanks to several large public-sector schemes in the Thames Gateway area. The region has been boosted by the decision to build a combined international and domestic passenger rail station in Stratford. English Partnerships has also declared Thames Gateway to be a national priority, and will be responsible for developments including an urban village, business park and exhibition centre in the Royal Docks. However, Thames Gateway must be marketed more efficiently to attract developers and companies.
