California's plans to allow truck transportation to docks at night are discussed. The traffic congestion problem has driven the state to this option. Marine terminal trucking operators like PierPass sustain the shipping on California's docks. Transload operations meant to diminish the high shipping costs are mentioned. Other economic developments in California are also discussed for ascertaining the suitability of the state as industrial location.

Kathlene Sebelius, according to the bill passed in 2003, by the Kansas department of Commerce and Housing, the housing liability is no more the department's concern in fact it has undertaken the financial responsibilities of the state. This change would be beneficial for the public, as it will create job opportunities for the capable people and also for the next two generations.
