Will the cycle be unbroken?
Article Abstract:
There are signs of more positive attitudes towards property research emerging in the UK. More property research work is being undertaken, and more property firms are willing to pay for this work. Almost all large institutions now have in-house research operations, and the number of independent research consultancies has increased dramatically. However, property research will not be really effective in reducing the impact of damaging business cycles unless the investors purchasing it put it to proper use.
