RPAC '99 - going over the top and beyond

RPAC, which is considered the biggest political action committee in the US, celebrates its 30th anniversary with the goal of enhancing its 1999 receipts. During the 1997-1998 election cycle, RPAC was able to contribute more than $2.7 million to federal candidates and political committees.
