Factory farmed investment
Article Abstract:
The property market in Telford, UK, is booming, particularly in the manufacturing sector where international groups including Ford, Siemens Automotive Systems and NEC have recently unveiled expansion plans. However, as yet there are few signs of any speculative development, with rents still below the level at which developers will build speculatively. The town's office property sector is less buoyant, although lettings have improved slightly and the oversupply is being eroded gradually.
