Talk of the town
Article Abstract:
The Prime Health deal to take a 15 year lease on office space in Guildford, England, was a shock for local agents proving that if the space is available companies are only too willing to move into the area. Improved shopping facilities and a few new office developments will continue to make the area attractive to companies wishing to relocate. Although the council hopes to discourage too much development with greater planning controls.
