Looking for a comeback
Article Abstract:
The office property market in the town of Romford is still rather weak, although some agents report that the level of inquiries is now beginning to rise. There have been few lettings recently, and there remains a lack of high quality accommodation. The town seems to be losing out to nearby Brentwood, even though Brentwood's communications are not as good as Romford's. In the retail sector, Romford is becoming more competitive with Thurrock Lakeside. In nearby Ilford, the office property market is experiencing similar difficulties to those seen in Romford.

Out of reach, not out of touch
Article Abstract:
Dorset and South Wiltshire offer many attractions for companies considering relocation, including natural beauty, good leisure facilities and a highly trained workforce. However, some companies, especially those involved in manufacturing, find that the area has rather poor communication links. Key locations include Poole, an industrial centre, and Bournemouth, which has attracted many banking and financial services companies.
