Great Lakes Region turns rust to gold
Article Abstract:
Member states of the Great Lakes Region offer business enterprises, particularly manufacturing companies, an ideal market to venture in. In fact, the region garnered five of the top ten Governor's Cup Awards of Site Selection magazine in 1998, including Michigan's largest number of new facilities and expansions. The Great Lakes Region's thriving economy is attributed to the adoption of pro-business legislations, which have created a favorable business climate among investors.
