Article Abstract:
Parties considering non-shopping center real estate leases need to take into account the Bankruptcy Code requirements to better handle potential bankruptcy situations. Real property lessors have to clearly mention lessees' responsibilities and the economic impact of noncompliance on the non-debtor party. Other legal issues related to the commercial real property leases are also discussed.
