Biofuel boom spurs Iowa development picture

Ethanol producers E85 Inc., Renewable Energy Group and East Fork Biodiesel LLC, are planning new biofuel plants in Iowa. E85 announced plans for facilities in Red Oak and Council Bluffs, while Renewable and East Fork have opened Iowa's biggest biodiesel plant in Algona.
