Real estate agent Sandra Goldstein has become involved in the issues surrounding smart growth in her South Florida market. Goldstein, recognizing that environmentalists, developers, city officials and others were not developing solutions, organized a symposium that brought all the players together to discuss their issues. Since then, other meetings have been held on the issues.
