Market spotlight: Germany's real estate slump creates users' feast
Article Abstract:
Corporate space users feast on the collapse of Germany's real estate market, since a wide range of available properties are typical of the country's business centers. However, various international firms with innovative requirements see meager gains among largely traditional properties. The Federal Republic's quality space supply will slacken over the medium term, as users turn to better quality locations without rent increases. The slump during the 1990s has resulted to service downsizing, thus, leaving numerous new space into a market with a weak demand.

CRE 2000: real estate's new way of working

The Corporate Real Estate 2000 Project was designed to help corporations manage real estate. The research and learning program is handled by 22 corporate real estate executives and service providers chaired by AT & T Real Estate Financial Director Robert A. Kotch. The committee aims to help corporations understand and cope with real estate industry changes by developing strategic learning programs among others.
