Players' pay-out
Article Abstract:
The retail market in towns located in Northern Ireland, is growing as the more peaceful environment has encouraged trade. Some retailers from the Republic of Ireland have moved into towns in the North, such as Newry. Retail rents have reached 80 pounds sterling per sq ft in Newry. There are plans to revitalize the centre of Bangor, with the development of a leisure facility, including a hotel, and the refurbishment of shopping areas. Some developers have offered to purchase sports clubs in the prime areas, with a view to redeveloping the land and offering the clubs land elsewhere.
