Polish economic growth fueling office/warehouse demand
Article Abstract:
Poland's transition from a command to a market economy since about 1991 resulted in exceptional economic growth and a significant decline in inflation and unemployment. The growth of the country's service sector fueled the demand, among others, for offices, warehouses and other real estate facilities. International real estate investment will play a critical part in the development of the necessary infrastructure to support international trade, multinational corporate investment and expanded local manufacturing.
