Nelson Bakewell Chairman Philip Nelson points out the industry is suffering from a shortage of good staff. He anticipates his firm's income will rise by 20% in 1999-2000. Other property professionals also forecast a good year for their businesses but there is some concern over the effect of the US stock market on the investment sector.
