Raising the hi-tech standard
Article Abstract:
The property market in High Wycombe, UK, has been boosted by the growth of computer-related firms, which now account for 6.3% of businesses in the area. The High Wycombe area offers sever benefits to incoming firms, with rates and rents being some 15-25% cheaper than equivalent properties in the M4 corridor. High Wycombe is also close to the M40 and M25 motorways, while rail links to London are good. High Wycombe's business parks are now filling up, and there is concern over the future supply of industrial and office space.
