Article Abstract:
Bournemouth International Airport will play a leading role in the development of industrial property in Dorset, England. National Express, which owns the airport, has 80.1 ha zoned for employment uses, and is offering long leaseholds with a preference for geared ground rents at about 61,774 pounds sterling per ha per year. The other large land holding available is UK AEA's Winfrith Technology Centre in Dorchester, England. However, some property agents believe that this site is too far away from Dorset's employment catchment area.
