Securitisation: making its mark
Article Abstract:
Securitisation is increasing in importance in the UK and could help create new sources of funding for the UK real estate industry. Institutions in the UK, Europe and Far East are possible takers for paper issued through this process. Lenders can increase their lending power since their liabilities are reduced.
