Southern California market outlook
Article Abstract:
An interview with Katell Properties president Jerry Katell revealed that southern California's overall prospects in the industrial and business relocations market remains uncertain, but is strong in some areas, such as Burbank. The slow growth of the property development in southern California stems from the inability of developers to purchase old buildings at below replacement costs. This, coupled with the tight supply of available sites, has placed a damper on new developments.
