Survival story
Article Abstract:
Office development in the out-of-town sites around Coventry, England, are very popular, with rents increasing from 14 pounds sterling per sq ft to 15 pounds sterling per sq ft in one year. Some observers are concerned the lack of land on the outskirts and government policies restricting building will mean prospective occupiers may have to consider city centre sites. There is also a shortage of land in the city, with some vacant sites being sold to housing developers. Many of the secondhand office developments in the city need to be renovated.
