Working with the real estate appraiser
Article Abstract:
Asset managers, in order to be more effective, need to understand the function of the real estate appraiser. Five of the important characteristics of the appraisal practice are discussed in depth. They are: objectivity, definitiveness, analytical ability, responsibility and judgment.
