The article explores the significance of the European Security (Scrutiny) Act of 2002 with regard to European integration as well as domestic constitutionalism in the Irish Legal Order. The implications of parliamentary scrutiny are examined with particular focus on Article 29.4.10 of the Irish Constitution.
